Before you pay anything
The first step is the Accuracy Snapshot and it is free. Send 15–25 redacted purchase orders; in 3–5 days you get back what matched, what did not, and why. No integration, no ERP access, no workflow change.
It is deliberately the first step rather than a demo. A demo shows you our documents working; a snapshot shows you yours, which is the only version of the question that matters.
Is this the right size of spend for you?
A rough test before any call: multiply your emailed orders per day by the minutes each one takes end to end, and cost that time at a loaded hourly rate. If the annual figure is not comfortably a multiple of $24,000, the arithmetic does not work and we would rather you knew now.
There is a longer version of that calculation, with the inputs and the parts people usually leave out, in the article on what manual order entry actually costs.
Common questions
- Is there a setup or implementation fee?
- No. The Accuracy Snapshot is free and the monthly fee is the whole cost.
- Is it metered by document volume?
- No. The fee is flat. If your volume grows, the price does not — and if your volume is so large that flat pricing is obviously wrong for us, we will tell you rather than quietly re-tiering you later.
- What happens when a new customer sends a format you have not seen?
- Nothing, commercially. There is no per-format or per-customer charge, and no setup step for a new sender. That is the main structural difference from EDI, where every new trading partner is a project.
- Is there a contract or minimum term?
- Month to month. The subscription agreement is one page and we will send it before you commit to anything.
- How do we pay from the US?
- By ACH or wire to a USD receiving account, against a normal invoice with our tax documentation attached. Your accounts payable department will not find anything unusual in it.
- What if the snapshot shows it does not work on our documents?
- Then you have spent about twenty minutes and you keep the report. There is no charge for the snapshot and no obligation after it. We would rather find that out in week one than in month three.
