Evaluation materials
Legitimately redacted samples are preferred during early evaluation where practical. The goal is to learn enough about document structure, matching rules, and exceptions without collecting unnecessary data.
Pilot access and transfer
Any inbox access, forwarding route, file transfer method, catalog export, or staged output path is agreed with the customer before use. The initial scope is limited to the systems, document types, customer formats, and volumes defined for the engagement.
Human review and authority
Human review remains part of the initial pilot. FrontBeacon does not autonomously release orders or make independent pricing, discount, credit, tax, freight, inventory, substitution, or customer-communication decisions. The customer’s ERP remains authoritative.
Retention and deletion
Retention periods, deletion procedures, access needs, and any correction or approval history are defined per engagement. The scope should minimize stored data and retain only what is needed for the agreed workflow, review, and evaluation.
Control claims
This page describes operating principles, not a certification. Security controls and contractual commitments for a specific pilot must be documented and verified before they are relied upon.
